TEMPORARY CERTIFICATION PROCEDURES FOR PREVIOUSLY CERTIFIED CZEO, AND AICP CERTIFIED PLANNERS PURSUANT TO CGS 8-3(e)(1)

In response to the recent statutory changes which require all land use professionals to obtain and maintain certification from CAZEO by 2023,  on September 13, 2021 the Executive Committee adopted a temporary Certification process for any formerly certified CZEO or currently certified AICP planner to be able to obtain CAZEO certification  in time to be compliant with CT General Statutes 8-3(e)(1)

Please understand that this policy has been developed in an effort to assist individuals in being compliant with the newly adopted requirements and will only be effective until January 1, 2023. CAZEO is not permitted to make exceptions or deviate from this policy in any way.
