Case Study Submission Information
Electronical Submission In May and November of Each Year. Once you have submitted your completed case study via our website, a hard copy is also required to be sent and received by the Certification Committee Chairman:

Steps for Submission of a Case Study
- Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience AND have you attended and passed both Session 1 and Session 2 of the CAZEO Institute? If yes, proceed. If not, stop here you are not yet qualified to apply for certification.
- Is your membership current? If yes, proceed to Step3. If no, please apply for or renew your membership. Please note that approval is required for a new membership. You will have to wait to proceed.
- Log into your membership account.
- Go to Event Entitled, "CZEO Certification Application"

Be Prepared to upload the following documentation:
- A letter from your supervisor stating your position, duties and how long you have worked there.
- Both CAZEO letters from Test 1 and Test 2 showing you have successfully passed.
- Your completed Case Study and any attachments (PDF preferred) as one document
6. A $250 non-refundable application fee is required to be paid at the time the materials are submitted via our website.
If all of the above criteria is not met, the website will not allow you to submit your case study.
