  CAZEO is pleased to announce registration for Session 2. Classes will be held from October 26, 2026 to October 30, 2026 at OfficePlace in Middletown, CT.

  Classes will be held Monday through Thursday from 8:30-4:00.  Test on Friday from 10:00-12:00. 

  Registration is limited to active CAZEO members who have previously taken and passed Session 1.  Payment for the classes must be paid within 15 minutes of registration or the system will remove your registration.

  Please note the following: 

  1. You must be a current CAZEO member to register.

  2. The fee for Session 2 is $700. 
  3. The system will automatically cancel your registration if payment is not made within 15 minutes of submission of the application. Please do not mail a check.
  4. All attendees must be present for the entirely of each Session to be eligible to take the exam. 
  5. The CT Bar Association Municipal Commissioners Training Book is required for this session. If you do not already have to 2025 book or are unable to borrow from a colleague, you will need to purchase the book using the link below from the CT Bar Association. Please allow time for the book to be mailed to you directly. Link to Land Use 101 Book
